Ken is amazing guy that came out. Super good dude explained it. Didn't make me feel dumb. Very professional guy a true asset for his company. I was stressing all weekend the kids looked at me like daddy help and I couldn't do anything. He came out was like dont worry I'll take care of it. Explained as he went. Made the process amazing. And there prices are way reasonable. And they came the same day I called. And didnt charge me extra. Worked around my time to come. A true stress reliever he was. And cleaned up after himself and put everything back like he wasn't even there. And I know it was difficult but nvr said nothing about it. 100% amazing.
Once more if your reading this Ken thanks buddy you made this experience less of headache than what it was. He split it open like it was nothing.

I've used this company for many years. I needed my tank emptied. They sent 1 person. My septic tank has a big cement lid on it. The guy attempted to open it by himself and ended up letting it slide into the tank itself. He had to call the office and get help. They weren't exactly apologetic but fished my lid out. It took them most of the day to finish the job. And they pretty much messed up my yard where they had to bring in a piece of equipment to get the lid out. I'm not sure I will use them again.

I called late on a Saturday as i was concerned about my septic, the woman who answered the phone gave me helpful tips to manage it til someone could come out. They had someone out first thing Sunday morning, the gentleman that came out was great, I wish I had gotten his name. He also provided some education for me so i hopefully dont have this issue again. Everything was taken care of quickly and efficiently. They clearly explained the emergency timing charge so I knew what to expect as far as pricing.

Bc Crotty was recommended by a plumber that checked my bathroom and septic tank. Saying that it was full. I called the company I gave them my address and the lady said that they did the service 3 years ago to the previous owner. I asked how much? She said 350$ a couple days later I found out that they overcharged me,I called them a guy said it was for filter changed ,to call back next day bc he doesn’t know exactly what was the charge for,I said:why nobody let me know that it was going to be more $$ that was supposed to pay for it . He apologized. I called next day I spoke with Brenda. She was very rude and screaming saying that main line was clogged,I’m very upset bc they had my information they should let me know,I feel that they overcharged me.after I told her not to screamed at me she hanged out. I just hope they had done a good job, bc I don’t want to deal with them anymore. I may have to contact others instead. I won’t use or recommend them in the future.also they messed up my backyard. I didn’t care about. I just want the tank to be empty

My experience with BC Crotty Septic Services was extremely disappointing. I was promised a refund for an overcharge, but when I called three weeks later to follow up, the person who answered was shockingly unprofessional. They yelled at me, made inappropriate and disrespectful remarks about an employee, and hung up when I questioned their behavior. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and I cannot recommend this company to anyone.
