I got top notch above and beyond service at this local family run business! I have a very obscure motorcycle, and the folks here spent quite a bit of time trying to hunt down a key with which to make copies for me. They really didn’t have to do that. I’ll be back for certain. Excellent customer service experience here!

I went to Bob on three different occasions as I was installing a vintage door on my home. First visit I needed a mortise lock cylinder. Bob was not only able to sell me a cylinder, he had a choice of finishes. He keyed the lock for me to make entry into my home seamless.

I went back to have the locks spring latch reversed and then to bring in a Striker plate that was off by a fraction of an inch. Bob put them on his workbench reversed the latch and then filed down the striker until it was a perfect fit for the lock. Bob made working on this 90 year old lock assembly look easy.

As someone that works full time, I find that this store's Saturday hours are very convenient. Saturdays hours are sporadic, so call before you go, yet you will often find bob in the store "Catching up on paper work".

So... If you are working with old doors and their locks, keep this store's number in your back pocket, cause you'll most likely be beating a path to their location..

My Keys were stuck in the lock so i went to the store and met bob who was very professional, friendly and finished the job in no time
