I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. After losing my furniture in the flood, I came in to purchase replacements and bought two recliners and several tables.

Within a short time, the recliners began showing serious issues consistent with water exposure: heavy rust underneath and a lever mechanism that no longer works. When I reached out to address it, the store’s response was to deny wrongdoing and claim they disclosed that the furniture had been in the flood and that “everyone was told.” That is not true in my case. If I had been told, I would never have purchased it, especially after just throwing out flood-damaged furniture.

I expected an upstanding business to take accountability or offer a reasonable solution. Instead, I was dismissed and blamed. Buyer beware!

We purchased a king bedroom set, side table for the living room, dresser and two nightstands for a second bedroom in January. Most of our furniture prior to the hurricane was from here too. We live here part time so the furniture was delivered when we weren't here (due to delayed delivery so a neighbor let them in to deliver). When we got back down here in May, we noticed one of the drawers in the dresser has a defective glide, so the drawer won't open and close properly. We've been told since May that the replacement part has been ordered. Every time we call to check in, we are promised a call back but no one calls back. The owner herself has been nothing but rude. The last time I talked to her, she told me she'd call me back because she was too busy when I called. She never called back either. We went to the store and spoke to a sales guy a week ago who swore he would talk to the owner and call us, but of course he didn't call either. Since the part has either not been ordered or not come in, we asked if we could have a glide off the exact same dresser that's in their showroom. We were told no. We called again today and when we expressed our frustration about it being 4 month and no one ever calls us back, the same guy from a week ago carried on about just being an employee salesman, there's nothing he can do and if the owner wants to act like that she has, then she can. This store has a great selection, so it's really sad to see how they treat people after the sale when there's an issue...and this should be a small issue!! You'll be fine if there's not an issue with the furniture but if there is, just know they are done with you once they have your money. All they care about is selling their stuff.

Eclectic furniture store on the beach found some pretty good stuff in there. What's more to say? Go here when you want a small family owned furniture store experience no corporate Walmart or Target stuff here.

Prices here are very affordable, making it easy to decorate your space without breaking the bank. Highly recommend for anyone looking to add a touch of the coast to their living space!

Great little furniture store with a Huge Selection. Marjorie the owner of Bay Pines is Very friendly and Steve is a very knowledgeable employee that does everything. Steve helped me with any questions that I needed answered to delivering my purchased living room and bedroom set. I highly recommend to anyone that needs that perfect piece of furniture at a affordable price should Go There First.
