Amazing 5 Star service! Saved our day TWICE! I worked with the Owner, Wesley. He was so Great! We had some work performed by Bay Area Pump and Well and was very impressed with the company/owner. Both times I contacted them they were extremely professional and courteous. Work was performed very quickly and they cleaned up in the areas they worked in. My first time reaching out to Bay Area Pump and Well, July 2020, I was given advice and knowledge of what I could do to take care of my situation (priming the well). This advice he gave was detailed and precise! He wouldn’t be able to make it until the next day, plus it was a HOLIDAY weekend! He still took the time to explain what needed to happen, and if I couldn’t fix with his instructions he would come out. Saved me money! Plus I learned a thing or two 😎. Second time, bout a year later, I definitely needed him to come out. He fixed my well right up!

Wes and Scott arrived on time and took 20 minutes to troubleshoot my issue. The pump was losing pressure once it turned on. Upon realizing my pump had to be pulled it took another 20 minutes to rectify the problem. These two guys really know what they’re doing and charged me a fair price. I highly recommend their services.
