I can’t say enough good things about this company. My AC stopped working and they responded within the hour and were already at my house — which is huge when you’re dealing with Florida heat.
The tech was super nice, professional, and explained the problem in a way I could actually understand. They also showed me how to clean out my drain pipes and what to do to prevent the issue from happening again, instead of just fixing it and leaving.
Fast, honest, and genuinely helpful — I’ll definitely be using them again and recommending them to everyone I know.

Highly recommend Bay Area AC. My heat was not working and Paul was able to install the necessary parts and fix the problem. I have heat now during this ongoing cold spell. Also thanks to Kevin who diagnosed the problem. Techs were knowledgeable, prompt and courteous. Bay Air is now my go to!!!
