Loved working with this company! They replaced 16 windows for us, and we would most definitely use them again. Very competitive pricing and much faster delivery than other companies we checked. The installation team worked efficiently and were super friendly. The owner even came by several times to make sure we were happy with the progress. He was so helpful, and the company made the county inspection process a breeze.

Baxter did all my windows and doors for my house in Ocoee. I chose them because they are family owned, have a nice showroom to see all the products and fair pricing. The install crew did everything in 1 day, was experienced and cleaned up.

After researching many companies I picked Baxter for the reviews on Google, unfortunately my experience has been extremely disappointing and so frustrating! Sharing pictures with proof of their lack of care on the details and sloppy job. Initially the inspector failed them for not being up to code, they had to order another window with the right measurements. The windows were replaced in 2022 but I still have to work with this company because of the warranty and they still continue to work very sloppy, not putting to much effort in doing an excellent job, as they portray. They are so careLESS on the details. Yesterday they came to replace the facing sleeve that covers the union between windows, and once again so sloppy, I just want to cry, wishing I would have not hired them to replace my windows 😞 Save yourselves a headache!

My house is not a million dollar home as the pictures in their website, but it is my home and my castle.

After talking to the owner, she tried to make things right, but unfortunately I have lost confidence in the workers to do a good job, and thinking of the stress it would bring me redoing the window, so I decided not to. But the owner was very nice to me. So I updated this review 11/24 to reflect their effort.

It was clear from my initial in-home consult with the Baxter team that they were experts in their field and passionate about selling a great product with superior installation. I wanted to replace a large, old, stationary wall of windows with bi-fold sliders that would allow for the entire wall to open when the weather was nice. The design, measurement and ordering process was seem less - and I ended up getting exactly what I wanted. We demo’d out the old wall and installed a new header - then the Baxter install team knocked out a very professional and precise door and window install over the course of one day. They will be my go to window and door team for any future projects. Would highly recommend! Reach out to Nathan and the team for your project consult.

I want to say how much I love, love, love my new EAS (Eastern Architectural Systems) high impact windows and new Alside Promenade 6400 Series patio door.  Since they were installed in August, I have already noticed a significant difference and improvement in temperature, particularly with the heat.  I don’t have to run the air conditioning as much as before and suspect I will also not have to turn up the heat during those very rare cold snaps in the coming months.  These windows also held up perfectly during the recent high winds and rain due to Hurricane Ian.

Next, I want to thank the entire team for the outstanding customer service I have received from the very beginning.  Everyone, from Phillip King in Sales to Isabel in the office to Frank and Chris during installation, has been so kind, considerate, professional and most accommodating.  It has been a very pleasant experience throughout the entire process and I am most sincerely grateful.

Overall, I cannot say enough good things about Baxter Windows and Doors and have already been singing your company’s praises to my family and friends.
