Ballard Designs

I love this place each time we pass by. I have to take a stop to look at all the beautiful decorations and furniture. However, I’ve been in here multiple times and nobody really cares to introduce themselves or help you out so good luck getting some help. If you ask for it, though they can be very helpful when I finally decided to purchase my desk I was able to get just to do some Designs for me free of charge, which was super nice. I was able to get free delivery with their special that they were running they only do this once or twice a year usually just says that they do free delivery and 30% off during memorial weekend. However, their delivery Options aren’t the best because they don’t have white glove delivery. You do have to build your items and themselves however they will make a recommendation for someone to come help you if you need it.

I have purchased many things from Ballard for more than 10 years. The Quality is excellent! Prices are very good based on the Great quality. This is not a discount store. You get what you pay for & it’s worth every dollar! The Customer Service is top notch!

Loved the bed that posed in the pictures. Some great pieces to decorate your house. Price but good quality.

Stopped by the store today after having lunch with a friend at a. Midtown eatery. We were welcomed by the team and assisted in a few purchases—even opened a credit card account. We took in our show and returned a couple of hour later and the team packed and loaded our purchases in our car. Thank you for a wonderful experience—it was our first and we will be back!
