Needed a repair on my Dell notebook and felt it was beyond may expertise. Searched the net for local repair facilities and after reading the reviews, I decided upon Ballard Computer Service.
So glad I decided to go with Mr. Ballard. After explaining my repair, he was straight forward with a cost and time estimate.
He performed the repair within the time he had stated, and the cost was true to the estimate.

Im so glad i found Rusty because he’s fantastic! My laptop died so I brought it to him to fix. He explained in detail the issue and I decided to get a new laptop because it would have been too expensive to fix. When I purchased the new one, Rusty helped me transfer my data from the old laptop to the new one. I’m very happy with the service I received and will use him for all my future computer issues.

If you go to Geek Squad after learning of Ballard, you clearly hate yourself and wish to be punished. Outstanding service at a VERY reasonable rate. I dropped off a relatively obsolete laptop and before I finished lunch, Rusty doubled its RAM. That laptop is now allowing a young man to continue his homeschooling. Also, don't forget to pet the dogs while your there
