I, Cicero King and Joree, my wife, purchased a beautiful cognac sofa and loveseat from Baer’s furniture in Winter Garden, Florida recently. It was a smooth process. We were especially pleased with the timely delivery and set up by Winston and Decavious Carr, the delivery and setup team.

These gentlemen were very courteous, personable and professional. Winston called into the office to confirm delivery and setup. The young lady received the call and was very kind . We purchased a custom Natuzzi Giullivo leather motorized couch and loveseat from Baer and we could not be Happier! The quality of the furniture and the Italian workmanship is without question. The order ended up arriving almost 2 months early. The delivery guys were wonderful and extremely careful while unpacking and setting up the furniture.
I will say again, we couldn't be Happier with our new furniture and with Baer's.

We were looking for furniture for our new home. What a surprise to walk into their 85,000 sq ft showroom! They had such a variety to choose from. What was even better was that they had it in stock and it was delivered quickly. This made us really happy because we were having company for the holidays. The delivery went smoothly. The delivery team was respectful of our home and to us. They even found a problem with sofa and called it in. Before they left, we had a date ( two days later) for someone to come look at it. The gentleman arrived on time and provided to tell us that he felt another piece of our sectional didn’t look right. Before he left we had a date for Baer’s to replace two pieces of our sectional! We couldn’t be happier purchasing and working with this store. I highly recommend Baer’s furniture store.
