Back-Up Power Service is an extremely professional company with technical expertise. The technician who serviced my whole house generator did an outstanding job. He was extremely knowledgeable professional who took the time to show me how he was doing the annual service . He left me with pictures of the process as well as a written description of it. I will not hesitate to use this company again!

Mari and the entire team saved us! After experiencing the opposite from a competitor, they came out in an emergency and were compassionate while doing so. The tech inspected and got our unit running. He stayed to make sure it ran a full test and explained everything thoroughly. They even took digital photos and it was easy to pay. After another generator service canceled on us 10 min(!) before they were supposed to arrive to fix our generator the Friday before Hurricane Dorian with no explanation and no apology, I cannot say enough good things about the team at Back Up for simply doing it the right way.
