Austin The Plumber

I’ve hired Austin the Plumber on 3 separate occasions this year; a leaky outside tap, 2 difficult sink faucet replacements, and a toilet replacement. Each time, they’ve been on time, quick, efficient and friendly. Their rates are great and their schedules are flexible to meet my own needs. They’ve gone above and beyond my expectations by providing advice on how to improve and maintain my systems for longterm benefits. I will definitely use them for my plumbing needs again. 10/10 Would recommend.

I cannot recommend Austin the Plumber enough! We had them work on 2 major projects at our home recently. First, we were informed by the City Water Department that our water usage had gone up considerably & that we probably had a leak. I contacted Austin the Plumber in the morning & they came out that same day. They discovered that we had several leaks in the pipes under our house. Austin explained our options & solutions. Due to the age of our house & old cast iron pipes, we chose to have the house re-piped thru the attic. Not long after we had the pipes done, we discovered we also had problems with the sewer pipe under the house. Austin and his crew were back out & discovered that the sewer pipe was caving in & had tree roots invading. We had to have our homes concrete slab trenched so they could remove the old sewer & install new lines. Austin and his crew were so professional & knowledgeable. They worked evenings & weekends to get the job done and to make sure we weren't displaced for too long. They were respectful of our time, our property and our financial situation. The whole crew was so friendly - it felt like we had actual friends working on our home. They made sure everything was fixed and done to our satisfaction. And they even cleaned up after themselves. Even though we were in a horrible situation with our home, we felt like we were in the best possible hands with Austin the Plumber and crew.

I found Austin the Plumber on google and called them to see about getting a leak under my kitchen sink fixed, they came out the next day and were very nice and professional. They made sure it was fixed and everything was cleaned up before they left. They were also very personable which to me is very important with customer service. I will definitely use them again if ever needed!

They did a great job. Explained everything that they were going to do. Good prices for the amount of work. We're prompt on getting here when they said they would. Very easy to deal with. Hopefully I would need to call them again but if I need a plumber I will be calling them instead of anyone else.

Very professional on the phone. Tech came right out same day. Office gave estimate and he did the job on the spot. Friendly techno explained everything amd did the job in a professional manner. Very pleased with overall experience. Job performed was whole backflow replacement
