I have had a professional association with ASP for nearly 20 years and have referred them to many Titusville residents including my daughter. Only recently did I have an opportunity to become a customer. I am having the entire siding replaced and needed to have my ASP shutters removed (purchased by the previous owner). The office staff, Katie and Kirsten? were amazing. They were very accommodating and pleasant. My scheduling was very quick. On the coldest morning in many years (remember the recent damaging freeze) Conrad and Chad arrived on time, got out of the warm truck and went right to work. Extremely professional, very pleasant and helpful with advise for going forward. They worked as if they were getting paid a flat fee but were actually billing by the hour. At the end they rounded the time in my favor (maybe I shouldn't reveal that) and went on with their day. I look forward to having ASP back for the re-install when my siding is all newly replaced. We have purchased a condo near Cocoa Village after having lived in a condo on St. Croix for many years. One of the upgrades we wanted to arrange was a motor for the large roll-down storm shutters in the Master Bedroom. Unfortunately, the existing model was somewhat old, and the entire unit would need to be replaced--and ordering everything new could take several weeks. However, the sales consultant, Gabe, said he would look into trying to source the parts and have the techs custom-fit a different motor. (If this was possible, the cost would be half, it would be much faster, and (better yet) no going through the condo board since it was a repair rather than a replacement!) Within two days, Ayden and Noah were here bright and early with the necessary parts. They had to custom fit several things, but by lunchtime everything was working PERFECTLY. Despite the oddities of the older condo building with strange things in the walls, the mechanicals were running very well, and the new connection and switch were exactly what we wanted. And everything looked like nothing had been done! Nice folks in the field and the office--superb results. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I'd give them a sixth star if possible.

I had a great experience with Atlantic Storm Protection from start to finish. The initial representative that provided the estimate was organized and had samples of materials and color charts as well as warranty information. Konrad and Chad did a great job on the installation. Shortly after they departed, Ayden and Noah arrived to complete the electrical hook ups and set up the phone application for remote access. After each phase of install and electrical, the areas were vacuumed and cleaned. Both crews were prompt and professional. I highly recommend Konrad, Chad, Ayden and Noah as well as Atlantic Storm Protection.

Atlantic Storm Protection supplied and installed our storm shutters at a reasonable price, on schedule, and to our satisfaction. Great communication from the initial call and onward. Since the install, we have decided on residing our house, including new trim. ASP sent out Ayden and Dawson to do the removal of the shutters in preparation for the siding contractor. The young men were on the ball, great to work with, and quick to get the job done. Oh, how I'd like to have employees like them!!! Hoping they return for the shutters to be re-installed. If you're looking for a quality storm shutter company on the Space Coast, Atlantic Storm Protection has you covered. I recommend them (and I seldom do reviews good or bad, but ASP deserves kudos!!).

We recently hired Atlantic Storm Protection to clean, lube and service our rolldown shutters. Chad and Chaiden are very pleasant/professional young men that showed up on time, kept us apprised of their activities, reviewed pricing (no surprises) and showed total respect for our property. One of our motors was running backwards and two other were very sluggish. The owner, Steve, worked with us on several options and our shutters are now working perfectly.
