First time on a well system and Atlantic straightened out our pump and filtration issues. Consultation, Installation and the Customer Support team were all awesome. Santiago did a fantastic job installing everything. He came back the next day when we had a follow up question. Highly recommend Atlantic!!
Installation of our new Kinetico S150 Water Softener by Santiago from Atlantic Coast Water went smoothly. They are very professional and attentive and offer servicing and system maintenance that is unlike anyone else.

I can't thank Santiago enough for the amazing install. Atlantic Coast Water was great to deal with, very professional and great at communicating. Santiago was the best! He didn't mind me standing over his shoulder while he explained the system and operation in great detail to me. He's a true craftsman at what he does and takes great pride in his work which is very rare these days. I would highly recommend Atlantic Coast Water and Santiago to anyone.
Too many problems, they emailed a complicated information page on a new system, instead of coming here to check my water, like another company did, and I purchased their system which is great. LEAF WATER FILTRATION SYSTEMS…AWESOME customer service.
When they came here to check my cartridges because the TDS was very high, two people came (Because they were in the neighborhood) And we’re a little condescending towards me.
If you are a woman who lives alone be cautious.. I’m not 100% sure that they are honest about what they’re saying.
