Woke up to a leaking ceiling. Service was same day. Ryan was excellent and helped explain the most likely problem. He sent Skylar to do the repair and he was amazing. He answered all my questions and sealed all my roof vents, not just the one leaking. 10/10 service!
Assurance replaced roof fasteners on our house in Florida. They came on time and finished within 1/2 days. The price was competitive. Skyler and Ryan are easy to work with and communicate well . Would use them again. Recommend them highly.
Assurance Residential was great! And Skylar was professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Our insurance company had required that our newly moved into home be reroof as the previous owner had put on a roof over the original without removing it first. It was also done without a permit and with poor, subpar workmanship. Even though it'd looked nice, but the insurance company and the home inspection company we hired were highly critical of the old roof. Skylar came out quickly and was the first among several others I'd called. He pointed out all the flaws and shortcoming of the old roof. He promptly gave me a very competitive written estimate. We signed up in Nov but wanted to wait until after the holidays and new year to start, and Skylar was very accommodating. He and his crew showed up on time and completed our roof in one day! They removed both roofs, found and made some badly needed repairs and their work was excellent and professional. They also cleaned up afterward as if they were never there. Our new roof looks great, and our insurance company is happy. I'd highly recommend Skylar and Assurance Residential Inc.
