ASP did an amazing job with my windows and sliding glass doors from the beginning with JC the sales representative throughout the installation process with Frank and Carlos and the final walk through with Carlos the project supervisor. Everyone including the behind the scenes staff members were professional and polite and always very helpful.
I have recommended ASP to a friend and she is very happy with the service so far.

ANOTHER PROJECT BEFORE RETIREMENT DONE WITH THE HELP OF ASP! So far in our retirement home preparation project we have used ASP to replace all our home’s windows and doors, our roof, our gutters , and recently all our bathroom windows. The bathroom windows project went smoothly from demolition to final inspection guided by exceptionally professional ASP staff from the home office who set appointments to the field staff who did the actual window replacements. During the demolition period ASP staff took apart my windows and made sure to keep the work area clean by removing all demolition rubble before they departed daily. Once the demolition was complete the repair around the windows begun with another team professionally preparing the openings and the walls, leaving well done and even cement work. Their work reminded me of a baker making a cake and leaving beautifully even icing on the cake. Once the window work was complete. The installation work could begin with all three windows. Each window was expertly installed locked into its opening. Workers conducted daily reviews of their work all along the install process , and they kept me the homeowner updated. When the install was complete ASP staff did not drop the ball they carried on the project meeting with City of Miami Beach building inspectors. Making sure that all their work could stand up to the scrutiny of inspection. And hooray! All inspections were passed. An inspector spoke to me in confidence that when they know it is an ASP project that they have seen time after time that ASP work is correct always done to code. I am glad that we chose ASP. I have a few more projects and we will be calling on them again. When you chose ASP , you know the work is done right!

Frank the installer and his assistant are amazing, hard working, very courteous and did an impeccable job! Installation of 25 windows and doors took only 3 weeks and the job site was left spotless at the end of every working days which is very rare..
