Outstanding Experience with Justin Lugowski at Ashley Furniture (St. John’s Town Center)

I just spent about an hour purchasing furniture at the Ashley Furniture Store in St. John’s Town Center, and I can confidently say that Justin was absolutely amazing. From the moment we started working together, he was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on making sure I found exactly what I wanted.

Justin Lugowski took the time to explain options clearly, answered every question without pressure, and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. He never rushed me, never upsold unnecessarily, and truly made me feel like a valued customer rather than just another sale.

This was one of the best furniture-buying experiences I’ve ever had, and that’s 100% because of Justin. If you’re shopping at Ashley, do yourself a favor and ask for him — you’ll be in excellent hands. Ashley is lucky to have someone like Justin on their team!

Came into this store three weeks ago to purchase a new bed. Had throughly researched what we wanted prior to walking in, no muss no fuss. Ashley website said ‘back ordered’ I directly asked our sales person if this bed was indeed on back order, he said absolutely not…. two to three weeks delivery at max. So we placed our order. All done within ten minutes.
Fast forward to today, three weeks later and no bed. Called Ashely and they informed us the bed was indeed back ordered and the soonest it would be available to deliver was now of March/april! Immediately cancelled and got a similar bed on Amazon for a quarter the cost.
Here’s the thing, just be straight up, don’t deceive paying customers just for the sake of a sale. It’s grimey and really a huge waste of everyone’s time. Also, Ashley offered us several hundred dollars off due to the delayed delivery for anyone out there waiting on delayed orders….Take full advantage of the promised delivery window 💸

This is my second review of Ashley for the same shopping experience. I love the store and the merchandise and I was extremely happy with the service I received from Daniel Martinez, but I do have concerns about my delivery experience. My furniture was delivered on February 24. The delivery guys were friendly and efficient. It took me a while to find fault with the delivery. Later that day I was unable to find my purse. I am the "family finder." I thoroughly searched my car and condo with no luck. I checked my credit card account. No charges had appeared since my trip to Publix on Monday February 23. I searched again this morning. Nothing. I checked my credit card account several times. After several checks I found a charge of $5 to Amazon. Small, but I knew it wasn't from me. I have not filed a police report but I spent the entire day cancelling 3 credit/debit cards, getting a new driver's license, requesting a new voter registration card, applying for a new passport, buying a new purse, and taking steps to replace my Medicare and insurance cards. I have more work to do tomorrow. I am grateful that it appears I haven't lost anything but time. I am posting this review to caution other buyers. If other people have had a similar experience I urge Ashley to find another delivery service.

Brad at the store, was fantastic! We purchased several pieces from him at once and he was very helpful throughout the process.

We had some hiccups that was out of their control but Brad was on the ball each time and their management team was quick and very proactive

Michel, from customer service was instrumental in me being a long time customer for Ashley, she was very quick to respond and helped us figure out several solutions.

I recently visited Ashley Furniture and had a wonderful experience, thanks largely to their sales associate, Faith. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and valued as a customer. Faith greeted me with a warm smile and was eager to assist without being pushy.
She took the time to understand my style preferences and practical needs, showing me a range of options that fit my criteria. Her knowledge about the different materials and styles was impressive, and she provided valuable insights into the durability and maintenance of various pieces. I appreciated her patience as I weighed my options, and she was more than willing to answer all my questions.
