I guess the only way to get a response back from this company is to leave a negative review? We were scheduled to have someone come out last Thursday, but they canceled due to the rain. Fine. But now we can't get anyone to call us back to reschedule. Unfortunately for us, we have one of those obnoxious systems that requires us to have a contract with a septic company to appease the county, and very few septic companies actually deal with this system, so it's not like we can "just find someone else". It would be cool if you actually called your customers back!

I am writing to inform the Owners at ASAP that Jake your employee consistently provides exceptional service by attentively listening to customer concerns, responding with patience, and resolving issues efficiently—she’s definitely a keeper. Rob the Tech is also an outstanding professional who truly listens, is extremely knowledgeable, and willingly shares his expertise. Hope to continue doing business now with ASAP! Thank you both for your above and beyond performance, not too many like you left out there!

ASAP. Septic Services came to my house for a routine septic system pump out. I was greeted professionally by their technicians Kyler and Emmanuel. The septic technicians were personable and very knowledgeable in servicing my home septic system.

I would highly recommend this company for all of your septic service needs.

Just spoke to a Kim and Amanda with this company by far the worst customer service representatives I have ever dealt with. Both ended up screaming at me during our conversations. I was not rude nor did I cuss at them at any point to have them start yelling at me. I cannot rate their actual septic services this review is for their customer service.

First I got on the phone with Kim and explained my situation and long drawn out issues with my company and my septic tank. I even told Kim at one that point that I’m beyond frustrated and it isn’t personal with her. My septic tank was installed in 2023 and has been pumped like 7-8 times this year and the Aerobic Septic system is not pumping out properly and has been backing up into the house. I have spent hours emailing and on the phone with Second Avenue trying to resolve these issues on top of the fact that Second Avenue did not have a permit for the septic system and an required maintenance plan. I have received health department violations at my rental property because of it. I asked to speak or have the technician call me directly who I later found out is named (Andrew). Kim said she could not because I am just a renter and they can’t discuss anything with me. When I pointed out that I wasn’t notified before hand, her technician did not let us know before entering the property, and that they weren’t worried about who the owner was when they approached our home after the fact to talk about the septic tank. That is when Kim started screaming at me and then put me on hold and transferred me to Amanda.

I know that the rental company should have notified me that they were coming into the property however I pointed out to Amanda and Kim that we were not and Andrew did not knock until afterwards. That is for their safety as well as mine. I’ll be addressing my rental company. Figuring I was speaking to a manager or someone different than Kim I went to explain my situation to her. Amanda cut me off mid explaining the situation and when I went to speak over her she began screaming at me. She said “I let you finish and you keep repeating yourself.” I said no you didn’t let me finish. Amanda then let me finish what I was saying and she told me it’s not their responsibility to notify me when they come into the property, and that she did not know all the history and issues with the tank. Amanda then told me this was the first step and that they are going to continue to work on looking at what’s wrong with the tank. At no other point in the conversation, until the very end, did Kim or Amanda reassure me that this was the beginning of diagnoses and they were going to continue figuring out what the issue is. This one statement would have resolved my issue as I was afraid after months of fighting with the rental company my septic issues were not going to be resolved. At no point did Amanda or Kim before screaming at me tell me they were going to resolve the issues. Amanda at the end of the conversation said “We are trying to resolve the issues. We are on your side.” I replied “sure doesn’t feel like it” especially after being screamed at by two different individuals from this company. I told her before she hung up that Kim and Amanda both needed to work on their customer service skills. Amanda giggled and said “wow never heard that one before. Happy New Year!”

I have used ASAP since we moved into our house 7 years ago. I have been thoroughly frustrated with their lack of communication for several years and finally got fed up and found another company. Come to find out, ASAP is highly over priced and not doing the septic pumping correctly. THANK YOU ASAP for being horrible with customer service so I was forced to find a company that completed the job correctly, has excellent customer service and was priced significantly less.
