Very satisfied with the work that was done this week! I had some risers, new lids, and a filter installed by Jason and Kristian. I also had my tank pumped out by Johnny. All three men were professional, friendly, and completed the job quickly and neatly. Theresa on the phone was pleasant and answered all my questions and concerns. Overall, a great experience and wonderful employees! Definitely will use them for future septic work!

Mr. Johnny solved my homes overlooked problem with underground septic tank with his expert assessment, recommendations for repair, and future expansion of my septic system.

My system was put in 1968. Johnny explained the proper maintenance and updates I needed to, be aware of, in order to comply with current regulations to ensure functionality and longevity.

I could not remember under which slab of concrete outside of my porch the entry cover was located, but Mr. Johnny found it and I was easily able to clear the area for him to place his hoses and cleaning equipment. He showed me the vents, and was extremely helpful in solving and helping me with prevention steps I should have in place.

Anyway, I just wanted to share with all this simple act of customer service from a pro. I am no longer afraid to deal with ‘ my own shit’. Jokes aside, I now have a tested by Johnny, functional and compliant septic system!

My usual septic company was out of town and I needed emergency replacement of my pump. Shan in the office was super helpful and really knew her stuff. The lift station tech who came out, Jeremy, quickly diagnosed the issue and explained everything to me clearly. He told me what needed to be done, as well as recommendations of some other things that should be done to prevent future issues. Jeremy has a ton of experience and solved everything perfectly, as well as answering a million questions I had. He was friendly and professional, but also had that family-company feel. I cannot recommend Jeremy enough! Definitely use Aurthur H Price if you need septic work done. Their prices were really rair and they got to my place within two hours on a Friday. 10 stars!!

I had to call for emergency service on a Sunday and they were so quick to respond, he came out and pumped my septic and gave me advice on how I could avoid emergency service in the future. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking prompt, honest, and professional service I will never use another company to pump and maintain my septic tank again. I originally called another company that told me they couldn’t come out for 4 days but Arthur price was at my house in less than an hour! Thank you for the great service!!!!

We highly recommend Arthur Price. We had to have our entire septic system replaced and upgraded to meet current code. We got a new baffle tank, leech field, and a grinder tank. They are professional and thorough. Both Shan and Harry were always available to answer our numerous questions and helped guide us through the entire process. Shane, Lee, and Shannon all worked on the installation. They were extremely careful, conscientious, and hardworking. They did an awesome job. They are affordable and installed what was best for our home and the available area they had to work with. We are extremely happy with the job they did. Thank you all for doing such an awesome job.
