Artesian Pools, In-ground Swimming Pool Builders

It’s now been about 4 years since Artesian Pools built our dream pool and now is a better time than ever to leave a review! My pool was constructed during the post-Covid era, a very difficult time for all businesses, especially for construction contractors. I spoke to several local pool contractors, getting multiple concepts and bids, but it was Artesian Pools who came up with the best design for us and were the only contractor who priced their proposal at what was the current avg cost, where all the others gave inflated bids as during that time, there was a huge demand for new pools with a scarcity of labor and materials (supply chain).
The process was a bit lengthy, but that was expected due to the effects COVID had on the World.
The project did get completed and we couldn’t be happier!
But what makes me the most grateful I chose Artesian Pools to build our pool was the outstanding Customer Service I have received, even years later. I can’t say enough good things about Don who heads up scheduling and customer service. Don is always available and is excellent with follow up and communication…always provides updates with scheduling, etc. He truly cares for each and every customer and I actually feel like part of the Artesian Family!
Pools are an expensive investment and I have pride in showing off my pool, which carries a legacy of being a 2nd generation family-owned custom pool builder; now celebrating their 50th anniversary. Congratulations for a job well done!

I had a pool put in 14 years ago and it is still going strong. As it has been so long ago, the construction process must have gone smoothly because I don't recall any issues, delays,or problems. I do remember thinking it took a long time to finish when in reality it was in the time frame I was told, just anxious I guess. Art, the sales rep, spent alot of time with my wife and I designing the pool, showing us the different options in tile, aggregates, colors etc. If I had it to do over, I would make the stairs the whole width of the pool and make it just a little deeper. It was built just the way we decided at the time. Now, after several hurricanes the pool cage is still standing and looking good. Overall , very happy with our pool and now that we have a 5 year old granddaughter that can swim, we use it now more than ever.

Brian the owner also made sure this pool was going to happen! Don who handles the construction end had this pool started ASAP and completed in no time!!

I've been thinking about having my pool renovated for a while now. I had no idea how much it would be. I called Artesian Pools and had someone come out to give me an estimate.

When they came out they were courteous, knowledgeable and respectful. I felt like I was speaking with someone who knew exactly how to make my vision happen. I could not be more pleased with how everything turned out.
