It was a mid afternoon on a Friday when I called for service. Insufficient cooling. The dispatcher (I wish I could remember her name) said someone will be out about 5:45. I was happy as a lark that I could get service same day. Even better, I received a text saying the tech ( Jim) is on his way about 3:50. He showed up and asked what my problem was. He then proceeded to diagnose, and within two minutes he found the problem, refrigerant leak at the high side valve. He charged up and checked the entire system. He wound up adding about 9 pounds of refrigerant and charged me for 8. He also adjusted the expansion valve for proper superheat.
This is one satisfied customer. Thank you, Arnold Air!

He did not clean up after replacing filters so there was dirt on the floors. Also left one filter vent open and did not replace. - see picture. We did not notice until today as it was in an extra bedroom. I asked him why there was a filter left over and he said there must have been more than I thought. This leads me to question whether he did the whole inspection correctly. Never send him here again.

The technician arrived on time and was very thorough and professional. He also changed the A/C filters for my husband which involved using a tall ladder. He did a very good job and was extremely pleasant. We got the yearly maintenance service and also renewed the service for 2026.

Great service. My heat went out. I called at 8 o'clock in the morning. They were out here by 930 and got the part came back and I have heat now, great personnel, great people, great personalities, very polite, very clean, very informative, I really appreciate them.
