Work was performed professionally. When an issue arose , he handled it with honesty. He could have skipped this issue and would have been unknown by the consumer. He went the extra mile and replaced the water line to make it so the whole home was treated and not just the water heater. Thank you for your honesty and professionalism.
Paid $199 for a maintenance. The following day system is leaking with a crack tee. No mention from tech that system was leaking prior. Called company back, they came out and told me it would be $80 more to fix. Sure do miss the old owner Chris. At least he ran a honest business.
Technician Charles Bandy from Aquaflow arrived right after I received the Text notification that he was on his way. He switched out the Media Tank with out any issues and cleaned up after he was done. You have to leave it when you get a technician that is knowledgeable and does exactly what was required. If you’re looking for a company that actually provides great service, you’ve found it in AquaFlow. After working with several other companies, trying to resolve a sulfur issue that we were having with our well filtration and softening system, AquaFlow technician, Anthony Cortez, came to our home and solved the problem within minutes. As a result of his recommendations, we have not had a problem since. He’s so knowledgeable and courteous and does great work. We are thrilled!! Our only regret is that we didn’t find him sooner. It would have saved us a ton of time and wasted money.
Anthony is the absolute.best. Always responds quickly when we need service. Try his best to teach me some self help tips, but I am not a good student when it comes to our softener system . Keep up the great work. Technical expertise is unmatched.
