Juan did a reasonable job of selling me on their water system, even though it was at the higher end of the estimates. Communication was ok, and they showed up relatively close to when they said they would.

However, the 2 star rating is because he sold me on the fact that they use "1 inch piping to eliminate reduction in water pressure". Well, my kitchen sink/dishwasher has lost about 1/2 of its pressure. He came back out, looked at it, took my faucet apart, essentially shrugged his shoulders and left. He seemed to be placing the fault on the faucet, which prior to the install had great pressure. It's been about a month, and it hasn't gotten any better. Frustrating to say the least. Shop around and ENSURE you get what you're paying for, and don't let them leave without everything being 100% correct.

Juan from AWT was very professional with a hands on approach. Juan explains the system well and gives you various options. He follows up frequently and is just a phone call away. Since buying an older home, we first upgraded to a 3cuft Fine Mesh Cation and later added a 3cuft iron/sulfur filter. Later we added a new pump and new well for a full system no-chlorine overhaul.

Aqua Water Tech and Mr. Juan Clark did a fantastic job in a recent new install of a complete Well Water System at my home in Homestead, Fl. He also recently came out on an emergency call I placed to him on a Sunday morning at 7:30am and immediately found the problem with an old part at the Well end. Replaced the part and tested the system and I was back in service in a short time. I highly recommend Juan Clark and his company Aqua Water Tech.

Would recommend! It's hard to find a service provider of well pumps. I didn't need pump drilling and I didn't need water filters. I need my pump serviced and the pipes around the pumps to ensure all the parts were running correctly. I found Juan at AWT on Angi. He provided a competitive quote and did the job well. I have been using Aqua Water Tech for over four years since I moved. Juan and his team have been exceptional. The water in our area is very difficult to manage. We tried with another company before, but they could not get their systems to work correctly. I followed Aqua water tech's recommendation on what to use and from day 1 with them my water has been perfect. The system they have installed has worked great and without issues for the last four years. I decided to use Aqua Water tech for all the maintenance. As promised, there have been no surprises with equipment breaking or more importantly any additional expenses. I have also been in a position where we had a failure (storm caused a tree to uproot and damage the system.) Aqua Water tech has emergency services set up in place for when these types of things happen. I had a very complicated scenario fixed rapidly. Juan thinks ahead of all these issues and keeps a ton replacement parts on hand and so he can quickly resolve these issues. Most other companies wait until theres a failure to order the part. I've been beyond happy with my system and services that have been provided by Aqua Water Tech and would without a doubt recommend them.
