I had David Straight from Aqua Soft Water Systems come out to check our water. He recommended the under sink reverse osmosis system. What a difference in the water and a 5 year warranty!!! Can’t praise him and the crew enough for their professional prompt service. I highly recommend you call David for any of your water system needs.
We were happy with this company from 2022-2024 but not at all in the past year. Rumor has it other folks are not as happy either lately. We paid them a LOT of money to revamp a four year old Kinetico RO system under our sink. Granted, we did not buy it from them (we bought it from a Kinetico dealer up north), but those systems usually are good for ten years or more, but they said we needed to revamp it all so we let them. It had had a leak when we turned the house water on so we agreed for them to do that. When we went to move out and transfer our newly revamped unit in September 2025, we explained to them that we would store it for 2 months until our new condo was ready. They agreed to that and said they would remove it and re-install the unit when we were ready to move in. When we called them a couple weeks ago for the re-install, they refused to do it, said they could not guarantee the unit, said they don't install in condos anymore because they've had a lot of problems (hmmm....other Kinetico dealers in the area install in condos so maybe their techs suck) and referred us to a plumber to do the install. So they were happy to take our money to revamp a unit that was fairly new anyway and then refused to do what they said they would. On top of that, they were rude as hell and the tech that removed it didn't keep the filters we had paid for in the revamp. Don't use this company!
