We have been so happy with Aqua Soft the owner Roger his son Matt and Sarge. They have been so helpful to us for years after getting our filters and water system in 2021. I’ve never written a review on Google before, but Roger, Matt and the crew at Aqua Soft are SO outstanding that I must share my devotion to them for all of my water quality issues. I purchased a home 3 years ago with a well and knew nothing about the mechanics. I called Aqua Soft and Roger came out immediately to help me figure out how the system worked. At my request, he gave me options if I wanted to upgrade to a water softener from my old aerator tank system. He was honest in what I needed to do (and not do), patient in explaining my system to me, and so kind. I decided to replace my system and I’m so glad I did! Over the course of the last three years, I’ve added additional systems to improve my water quality (a RO system and a peroxide injector) and I have Aqua Soft deliver my salt and peroxide as needed. They take care of me so well and I know that if I am ever having a problem that Roger will often come out to fix it the same day I call. Their customer service is exceptional and beyond any company I’ve dealt with in the last 20 years. It really is so rare and amazing to work with honest, trustworthy people. Please give them a call. You will be delighted by how well they treat you!
Roger, Matt and Ron were all extremely helpful in the process of picking out and installing a water softener. Roger has a lifetime of knowledge about water softeners and is the perfect no pressure type of guy. We are surprised how much better our water is now for showers, dishes and laundry.
