We were having issues with our water softener system. Called and they were able to come out the same day to assess/fix our issue. The technician Lucky was very knowledgeable, easy to understand, very personable! He is an asset to your company!

I’ve had the Water Treatment system for many years and decided to get the air treatment purification system and we absolutely love it. Our air smells fresh and we’re so happy with Aquapure now that we know they aren’t just purifying water. When it comes to the air, they really care.
We had them put in a new system for us 2 months ago, had problems 3 weeks using the system. They've sent out a tech problem fixed or so. I thought. 2 weeks later same problem occurs, I told them being a new system and having two problems less than 2 months old they had one more chance if they didn't fix it they would have take it out they sent. Carl. On amazing fairy. Nice knowledgeable tech. If you have any problems at all when you called them, tell them you want Carl. He is more than five stars. Not only did he fix our problem, but he gave us a lot more information than what we had to begin with.. High five. Carl !
I had it installed few months ago- whole house filtration along with reverse osmosis. As much as I would like to leave great review, I can not. Mostly because their filtration unit leaked causing my undersink floor completely damaged. By the time we could figure out it was filtration unit, the damage was already done. They came and fixed it and agreed that floor definitely need to be replaced, they would not compensate. They kept me waiting for months and months to come up with any decisions. They couldn't find people to fix nor they would agree to pay handyman that I found to pay, saying "it should not cost that much". Neither they find anyone to do the repair nor they gave me any options to do it. Even after months of waiting , hundreds of calls, they would not give me any decision. With growing molds and mildew , my kitchen sink started getting smell and with two babies in home, I ended up asking a handyman to repair on my own out of pocket expenses. My suggestions to those who are seeking their service, please be advise you put aluminium tray under filtration unit and storage tank so that if it gets leak , you prevent water damages. Also there are other great filtration installing company who actually will give you water leaking detector. Wish I could go back and made different decision.
They have said they will compensate for my damages. Remains to be seen. Although I have strong doubts given these many months of lingering and uncertainity.
I would leave upto you customers to decide whether they are worth it or not. I do not have great experience with their professionalism
