This isn't service, it's a scam! I took my laptop to them, and it turned on but wouldn't boot. The guy said he'd check it and call me. In the end, no one called for over three months. I called the phone number he gave me, but no one answered. Finally, I went to pick up my laptop, angry, but they couldn't find it.I was already thinking about calling the police, but... The guy who was there promised to call me in the evening and give me some information.The next day, he called and said it would cost $300 to fix it, and that the faulty motherboard needed to be replaced. I picked up my laptop.
Today, I had my laptop repaired elsewhere, and the technician said someone had intentionally disconnected the matrix cable. The repair ended up costing $20+$50. I'm sure they wanted to take my laptop, supposedly for parts. Or they're just not professionals! Be careful with this place.

I was charged 160$ to replace the battery for my Dell xps 15 laptop. The battery stop charging/working 4 months after the replacement. I decided to buy a new battery off Amazon and do the replacement myself. Turns out the battery cost 40$ off Amazon and comes with the tool kit open the laptop. These people charged 160$ to do battery replacement, so I'm guessing 40$ for the battery and 120$ for service..... that's a total rip off. 120$ to change the battery of a laptop is super expensive especially when the battery cost just "40$". I thought they were charging a fair price thats why i paid them to do it. People is struggling to make ends meet and these people milking pockets is total cold work.... I trusted these people and they rob me just sad..

I am writing regarding the service performed on my Mac. I brought it in for repair . Not only was the issue not resolved, but the device is now in worse condition than before.
To make matters worse, I was charged for this service despite the damage caused and lack of proper repair.
