Amazing team, where to start, Lynn Thank you ! From Realitor, locations, Banking, style you truly made things move effortlessly. Alex, Thank you ! Alex is great ,straight forward and direct. You will come to appreciate this as your project moves forward. He surrounds himself with people who can get things done and my home reflects just that. Quality, craftsmanship and seamless scheduling made for a very efficient build. I’ve had plenty of people smile me to death and lie to my face, he’s not that guy. . Connie was great too, if you have questions Connie has answers to all of them. Thank you Connie. Tony was my project manager, very knowledgeable builder, great communicator, he knew where the project should be at what point and that kept everything moving forward. We have been enjoying our home for 8 months now and we are truly at peace. Building a home in this market at these rates doesn’t come without some degree of stress. Using Americas Home Place took a good portion of that stress away.

From start of our deposit until we were finally done it was less than 10 mths. This included 2 mths of back(financial va loan)and forth 3 mths again with paperwork ect..
Then 4.5 mths to build and delivered our very own custom home.
We cant say thank you so much with walking us thru the whole process.
Financial side is very emotional, the building aspect and detail oriented they were blew us away!
Our concrete was poured April 4th by August 15th we started moving in. 2 weeks of touch ups and little things
We would recommend them to anyone!!!

We built our 5,000 sq ft home with America’s Home Place 5 ½ years ago and have been so pleased with the results. The quality and craftsmanship have truly stood the test of time. I recently stopped by the America’s Home Place office, and I was so impressed with how welcoming and professional everyone was! Lynn greeted me right away and made me feel completely at home. Alex and Jackson took the time to answer all my questions and explain the building process clearly. Lynn was so friendly and helpful with design ideas. Robert, Rob, Hannah, and James were also super nice and friendly as I got a tour of the office.
The whole team was knowledgeable, down-to-earth, and genuinely cared about helping me understand my options. It was such a positive first impression—if you’re thinking about building a home, I definitely recommend stopping by to meet this amazing group!

We had such a great experience with American Home Place! From the very start, everyone made the process easy. Lynn was always patient with my many questions (and there were many) and Alex and Robert went above and beyond, building our home like they were building their own. They kept in touch every week, paid attention to every little detail, and truly cared about making sure we were happy.
