Sam was great and came out to our home and adjusted some settings on our new generator. We are planning to use Always Ready Generators for the annual maintenance based on the excellent experience we have had so far. Grant, the service manager, was very kind and patient as well. Hard to find companies like this anymore. Highly recommend!

Always Ready Generator charged a reasonable fee for the installation of our 26k unit. The installation went smoothly and they did a very good job. With 15 hours on the generator the unit developed an oil leak. Mr. Crane, the owner, came out to take a look as the units are assembled at the factory. Mr. Crane arranged to have the unit steam cleaned and the faulty valve repaired under warranty. Sam Crane Electric which owns Always Ready Generator has been in Stuart since the 90's and has retained their good reputation for quality work and good service. They are honest and forthright and I would not hesitate recommending them to any one looking to be dealt with fairly. And of course Generac is a good generator as my last one lasted 17 years with care.
