The work done by this team was fantastic. They arrived on time provided the solution and did not hard sell you at all. This was a second opinion and the first company didn’t provide any solutions, they just said a completely new drain field was needed. John and his team arrived and were very confidant that it could be fix and very openly stated at the point where we determine it can’t be fixed then we stop there and I’ll provide you with the cost of work to that point. As he said he found what needed to be repaired and in a few hours it was fixed.

Brandon and Alligator Septic was incredibly professional, fairly priced, and most important…timely! Very helpful in understanding the issue, paths to address the issue, and recommendations.

Desperate for a same day service for two overflowing septic tanks I called the main number at 7:30am and a gentleman named John (who I believe is the owner) answered right away and he immediately set up an appointment for his guys to come out in a couple of hours. I had a very positive experience with Alligator Septic. My house is older, my situation was maybe weird, but I was lucky enough to have John (the owner) and his son Brandon come out. They did some serious septic detective work, located the tank (in a different location than a previous company had said), and pumped it out. There was apparently a lot of "sludge" in there, but it turned out that the tank was still in good working condition, which was a big relief. They also brought the tank up to current code with new risers and manholes.

I highly recommend them. They worked hard to find the tank, answered all my questions, and performed the repairs the same day. Super nice gentlemen. I even took a picture of them, I was so pleased.
