See all on Google ↗My overall experience at All Pro was extremely disappointing due to the poor attitude of the employees and mainly the owner. I will absolutely not use any names out of respect for their privacy.
While I understand that they are extremely busy at times, no customer should ever be made to feel uncomfortable, or spoken to the way the owner did to me over a set of mower blades. This kind of unprofessional attitude is completely uncalled for, and especially from an owner. It's understandable that employees can have off days, but what has transpired over the past couple of years is beyond acceptable.
It was so bothersome to my wife and I that I finally traded all the mowers, 5 mowers to be exact, with the one with the most hours having less than 129 hours on at just so I would not have to deal with anyone at this business EVER AGAIN!
That is pretty sad!
I hope whoever reads this review takes notes and realizes that you will be just another number who can spend money here and nothing else.
They serviced my walk behind in one day. Tony, the service manager made sure I was satisfied with the work. Never go to Ag Pro or Espositos again.
All Pro Equipment Sales and Rental charged me $70 + parts to repair a string trimmer. After over 2 months they never contacted me and when I called them they said that they could not get a part.
My mower broke down late in the afternoon on Friday, August 8, 2025. I called the service department hoping someone could help. Seth answered and even though it was almost 5:00 PM he helped me for over 20 minutes trying to figure out the problem. He said if I brought the mower to him the next day he would do his best. His best was AWESOME!!!! I got the mower there early and he had the problem figured out and me and the repaired mower on our way within 30 minutes. I really appreciated that he went the extra mile and that he took the time to get the mower back in action! Thank you SETH and all of the amazing guys in the service department at All Pro Equipment!
