Logan did the installation in 1 1/2 hours. He was on time and did an excellent job. He also explained the system to me in an easy to understand way. Very communicative. Dan A was great in the sales process and always available to answer my questions. I am in a new community and the neighbors have the same system installed and I have heard nothing but good things about it as far as making the water quality better. We wanted to put this in because we did not want our washer, dishwasher, hot water heater, and our water fixtures, faucets/shower heads, to get corroded.

He also answered the few questions that I had with patience and expertise.
