Called and Dave was here the next am. Very polite person. All is fixed and running correctly. I called due to the last few weeks. My toilet was bubbling I believe from all the rain but I no longer have that problem. Tank is empty now. Company is very professional and efficient. Office was polite also. Definitely would recommend.
My father and I have worked with this company for over 20 years, both personally and professionally, and they continue to impress us every time. Their customer service is excellent, their staff is knowledgeable, and they’ve always treated us with kindness and honesty. It’s rare these days to find a company that consistently goes above and beyond, but they do it on every job. Truly a five-star septic company and a team we trust completely.
BEWARE-I hired them to pump out my tanks and certify them. They pumped out one tank and told me that my alarm and pump were bad. I asked them if they could come out and fix. The next crew that came out told me that my alarm was fine but my pump was bad and the guys the day prior only pumped one of my two tanks. The second crew left without doing anything stating my tank was too deep and they couldn’t service it (which was noted by the crew the day before). I decided to pay another company to come out for a second opinion and was told that my pump and my alarm were both fine. I notified All Daytona of this to try and get a certification on the tank they pumped that I had paid for. They just keep telling me they can’t give it to me because the pump and alarm are bad (which even one of their employees told me was fine). The owner John will not even call me back to address the issue. I asked for a refund for the certification if they have no intention of providing me with one but nothing. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Husband called today for an issue, owner called back & said he'd send someone over. Gentleman showed up within the hour, found out that the pump went & we didn't need a whole new septic. Fast service and polite employees.
All Daytona Septic provided excellent service! They showed up right on time, cleaned my drainfield, and pumped my tank quickly and efficiently. The team was professional, the pricing was very fair, and the quality of service was outstanding. I highly recommend them to anyone needing septic care done right!
