I had a great experience using All City Septic for cleaning my septic system and highly recommend them! Scheduling an appointment was quick and easy with Ramero. Paying for the service was a breeze through Zelle and their prices were reasonable. The service technician arrived was on time, and he was friendly and courteous. He took the time to explain the entire process and answer all of my questions. The service was done in less than an hour.

I called this provider for standard service, but also because I had concerns about the number of roaches I had around and in the tanks and getting in the house. I also asked (online chat through google) about sealing the top cap of the tank as I think it has a leak. They stated to me that a regular service should get all of the roaches, and that they would look at sealing the top.

This is not the service that I received. All the person did was throw in a hose and pump out the tanks. I asked about pressure cleaning, which is the service I received in the past from other providers, and he stated his truck didn't have that capability and it isn't good for the tank (even if this were true, I had a roach issues and wanted it cleaned out--our previous guy did this for $50 dollars less than what I paid here).

In the end, fecal matter was left in my driveway. With the roaches, I stated to the guy that the lid wasn't shut well and this would cause more roach problems. He told me to "just drive over it" and it would shut well. Now every time I drive over the lid shifts and comes up to a tripping hazard.

Oh yeah, and they quoted me $600, charged $650 when they got here.

I called to have a routine pump out done of the septic tank, and also to have a riser installed on the tank for future pump outs. The call was promptly answered and was able to schedule a pump out within a day or so. They showed up on time and we're very professional and got the job done quickly. The riser installation was done a few days later and was installed very well and at a fair price. The customer service was excellent and answered all the questions that I had. I will definitely use All City again!
