Alan Taylor Roofing handled my rental property re-roof in 2016. Repairs were done promptly, correctly and with respect for the property. A small problem was addressed the same day I called it in. I was extremely happy.
Now I am selling the property and the potential buyers brought out a 4 point inspection they claimed required a complete re-roofing on my 9 year old roof!! Since the sale was contingent on resolving this issue, Alan Taylor inspected it himself the following day, and Renee gave me a complete explanation of the inspections. This company is very personable and professional. They gave me a great price. They do something most companies don't do today,
they answer their phone. They do what they say they are going to do and on time. Five-star rating isn't high enough; they are great at follow up also. I truly recommend this company
