Really nice experience dealing with AJ pools. The light of our pool stopped working and after dealing with several companies for estimates and trying to find out what was the problem, AJ Pools were the only ones who took it seriously and show up, gave us an estimate and fix the problem in a very profesional way. I highly recommend them. They also work on our pump because it was so loud even though it was brand new. Thank you so much to all the AJ pool team.

Andrew is by far the best pool company I have ever used. He is so knowledgeable, friendly and just an all around great person. Not only did a gain an amazing company for all my pool needs but I feel like I also gained a friend as well. Super happy!

AJ pool service is excellent! Patrick is so kind and friendly. He does a great job every time, because he really cares. They are great with communication, and email me a photo of my pool and hot tub after they clean it each week. We are very happy with their service and highly recommend them!

I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I have received from your company. Not only have I found your pricing to be excessively high given the quality of the work, but the level of professionalism from both your staff and the owner, Andrew, has been completely unacceptable.

The work performed on my pool has failed to meet even basic standards. Despite being charged premium prices, I have observed numerous issues that clearly reflect carelessness or incompetence. When I attempted to address these concerns, instead of receiving a reasonable response, I was met with hostility.

Most disturbing of all was the behavior of the owner, Andrew, who falsely accused me of stealing $50. His accusation was completely baseless and offensive, and he further escalated the situation by threatening me with legal action—despite the clear failure of your office to manage basic communication and billing.

I will not be using your services again and will ensure that others in my community are made aware of my experience. I also intend to file a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau and leave reviews on appropriate platforms to warn future potential customers.

Your treatment of clients is unprofessional, and your handling of concerns is unacceptable.
