I couldn’t be happier with the help I got from Chase over at Ag-Pro with the purchase of a skid steer for my landscaping company. He found me exactly what I needed within my budget and made the entire transaction as smooth as could be! And best part of all was the speed with which he was able to make it all happen. Beware-
I took my grandpa up here because he needed his belt on his lawnmower replaced, they fixed it and called us to come pick it up. When we got there to load it up, they said it wouldn’t start, they stated the starter solenoid needed replaced however I knew that was wrong because we keep up maintenance on his equipment. I told them no and we were going to load it. When my grandpa and I got home I looked at the mower and low and behold they loosened the terminals on the starter solenoid. I tightened them back up and my grandpa started his mower just as it should and has been working as it should. This review is to make others aware that this is a company who preys on elderly people just to make a sale. Had I not been with my grandpa, he would’ve fell into their trap and paid them for something he did not need.

I went in on a Thursday afternoon and spoke to Chase about a John Deere Z930M and a 1025R, as I wasn't totally sure about what I needed for my property. After some discussion, Chase pointed me in the direction of the zero turn. After what may have only been 30 minutes, I had the keys to my new Z930M in my hands. The mower was delivered to my house, inside my garage early the next morning.

The whole process was so quick and easy! I will continue purchasing my John Deere and Stihl equipment from Ag Pro Tallahassee.
