To say we were apprehensive about putting a pool in at our new home is an understatement. We were burned badly at our last house by another local, no defunct builder.

We told Wiley our concerns and instantly there was a mutual trust and respect. He kept us informed as process progressed and when issues came up he immediately addressed them.

Right from the start we felt we made the right choice. They took our vision from the CAD drawing into a masterpiece that is better than we could imagine!

We got such a great feeling we even named our puppy Wiley. He’s the cute fur ball in the pic. But seriously, look at these pics. Wow !

We just had a pool installed in our backyard by Wiley Fanning of Affordable Pools & Spas, and we could not be happier with the entire experience. Wiley really listened to what we wanted, gave great advice when needed, and helped us choose the right materials. He worked closely with us to refine the design, balancing our ideas with his expertise.

Throughout the process, Wiley kept in regular contact, answered all of our questions, and provided timely updates. Each of his crews was professional, efficient, and respectful of our property. The project stayed on schedule and was completed on time, something rare in construction projects!

The finished pool is absolutely beautiful, and we love the result. Wiley also built our neighbor’s pool, which is equally stunning, so we’ve seen firsthand the consistency of his work.

Affordable Pools & Spas LLC did a gorgeous job on our pool renovation! The owner, Wiley, and the incredible project manager, Juan, listened carefully to all of our meticulous and very specific requests and customizations, answering all questions and working hard to overcome unforeseen challenges and delays. Juan made the big difference, going above and beyond his responsibilities to personally resolve issues and ensure the utmost quality in materials, workmanship in all stages & final project presentation/delivery. I had my pool resurfaced recently and I am very happy with the results. Wiley handled every detail personally and always checked for my approval. He has a great crew and my pool is beautiful!

Wiley brought our home back to life and lifted our spirits!

We are so thankful for his incredible work reviving our pool after the aftermath of hurricane Helene. Due to the storm and permit , construction delays we have not felt a sense of normalcy for 3 months . Wiley and his amazing team helped us find that with our pool in less than 2 weeks. They were incredibly empathetic to our situation, recognized our budget and were beyond what we could have imagined through out the entire experience.

Our pool was covered in barnacles , filled with fish , debris and even a ragged hair sea slug after sitting for weeks after the storm . We had always dreamt of resurfacing our black bottom pool but never got around to and for better or for worse were forced to after the storm.

Meeting Wiley was the best thing that could have happened for this project !
