I had a great experience with Charles! He was very attentive and was able to get out to our house ASAP. He had lots of knowledge and was able to guide us through this Mold removal process. He is very responsive any time I’ve had a question. He has been able to respond to me quickly and give me a complete answer. I definitely recommend!
An attic water leak destroyed the ceiling and carpet in an upstairs bedroom. I called Affordable Mold Removal and spoke directly with Mr. Charles. He let me know that time was of the essence to keep mold from quickly growing and causing greater problems. Mr. Charles came to the house the same day to look at the damage, and we discussed what needed to be done. He thoroughly explained the process his company would take.

Mr. Chales had a crew on site the next day to start the remediation process. The wet drywall, insulation and carpet was removed. All unaffected contents were wrapped to prevent cross contamination. The room was sealed, and an industrial HEPA air scrubber and dehumidifier were used to dry the room. Special attention was paid to the interior framing to make sure it was dried properly. Any framing that was damaged was replaced and then treated with water resistant mold inhibitor/sealer.

Estone Charles and his crew did an outstanding job repairing and restoring my Living Room ceiling after a water leak in our upstairs guest bathroom. They took their time to ensure the job was completed correctly and perfectly, covering all the walls and floors, the wall mounted television, and all my paintings with high grade plastic, and encased the room so no germs, mold or dust escaped into the rest of my house. While any restoration project is nerve racking, they provided assurance that the job would be done perfectly and in a timely manner. Even my two cats were not too stressed out ! I highly recommend this company.

We had Charles come out to fix a mold problem inside our wall caused by a leak in the shower drain. He was fantastic!!! Even though we had a few issues with the plumber, Charles went above and beyond to make sure everything was fixed correctly. I’m so glad we chose him for this job.
