Outstanding service from this company. Our a/c system quit working and I contacted Advantage to see if they could get a tech out here. Rhonda was able to schedule a technician to come out per our schedule. Once Chris showed up he let me know what he was going to do and where he needed access to. We had an unusual issue that required quite a bit of troubleshooting with the manufacturer. Chris steadily gave me updates on status of troubleshooting. It was finally determined that there were bad circuit boards. Chris explained what was needed and presented me with the proposal. He had already checked on the availability of parts and found that one of the boards that was needed there was only one in stock across the entire country. He had requested that distributer to hold it for us. Otherwise, the next scheduled delivery of that board was several months out. He came back out as soon as they received the new boards to replace them. As soon as I saw him, he let me know what he was going to do and went to work. Once he was finished replacing the boards he tested the system and it worked as it should. Chris went above and beyond what he needed to do for us. It was greatly appreciated. His customer service skills are just as good as his technical skills.

To fix a shower issue we were first quoted $600 to change out the cartridge ($10-$65 for the part) and there was just over an hours worth of labor. My husband said he would not pay $600. The new quote was $460 which he paid. Research reveals that the cost of the part and labor for this repair should have been between $200-$400. We’ll think twice before calling this service for a repair in the future.
