Advanced Home Window and Door

Was looking to have some windows and doors replaced and ran across Advanced home and was glad I did right from the start Fred was spot on and that set the stage for things to follow Al came by for final measurements......super nice and straight forward. The day of installation the crew did a great job clean cuts and minimal caulking I couldn't ask for anything more they cleaned up each day. I looked at other contractors reviews and photos and that was a big help on choosing Advanced home.......just can't say enough about them very pleased

Our project involved (3) Wind/Impact-rated doors (Miami-Dade standard) with one of the doors having a sidelight.

We narrowed our search to (5) vendors and based our decision on vendor experience, reviews/recommendations, price, and presentation. We selected Advanced Home Window and Door (Advanced Home). Their pricing was fair, and the expectations and project timeline were very thorough and realistic. The reviews from various ratings sites were exceptional and confirmed the attributes that we were looking for.

Sales rep, Anthony, was engaging, answered all questions, and was an excellent representative for his company. Al, the owner, was very professional as he provided final measurements, answered all technical questions, confirmed all parts/materials, laid out the specific scope and timing of the project, and verified the original pricing estimate.

The Install team was focused, knowledgeable and responsive. All replaced doors, woodwork and materials were removed and the site thoroughly cleaned. The Finishing work was nicely completed after inspection, and the painter that Al recommended was experienced and quite reasonable. Dawn managed all Admin components in a friendly and thorough manner.

The County Inspection and My Safe Florida Home Wind Mitigation inspections passed with “flying colors”.

We are extremely satisfied with the outcome and certainly consider Advanced Home a 5-star vendor and would recommend them to anyone.

Great service from start to finish! I had 5 window quotes and chose Advanced Window based on reviews and counsel they provided. They were straightforward about what I needed and pricing. I had such a great experience with the window install I decided to do all the doors and sliders. I am so happy with this amazing team of people -true professionals!!! Everyone—from Fred, the sales representative, to MJ and the crew, the installers, and Al, the owner—was very knowledgeable about their windows and doors. They were all extremely professional and took great care of my property. After I signed the contract, Al, the owner, personally came out to thank me for choosing their company and rechecked the measurements. He also provided an installation date, and my hurricane windows and doors were installed exactly on the date he promised. I would absolutely choose their company again in a heartbeat.
