Been using Admiral Plumbing for almost 20ty years . We have a new toilet that was removed and reset with a new Wax seal by a floor installer working on our floor . Now, The toilet is Not secure and needs to be reset and a New flange installed . . . Also have a sink that needs a New pull rod to make the stopper operable . we were quoted a price of $1300 . Got more quotes on same job and all were under $500 . Very disappointed with Admiral Plumbing - will never use them again !

A $60 shower valve that took 45 minutes to change was about $480. So that comes up to about $420 in labor. They also wanted to charge $250 for the toilet flapper. Use a local private plumber instead of Admiral.
Don’t bother! I am a homeowner and called Admiral for a simple slow leak that was behind my bathroom sink. The drywall below it was Soaked so it was pretty apparent what was causing it. The man they sent out here went into 4 or 5 case scenarios of what it “MIGHT” be but did NO investigating at all. He talked over 30 minutes how I have to get a Leak detection company instead, may have to have my foundation dug up, etc. Then LEFT!
I called Clearly Plumbing and they got the job done fast and professionally for $650, it was in fact a very minor leak. Don’t waste your time with Admiral. It’s a song and a dance with no results.
