Ackuritlabs is a top rate company with excellent products and customer support. We've owned the Aqua system for about 18 months and we are very satisfied with the first class, customer focused support that we received whenever we had questions or needed service. The management and service techs alike are professional, friendly and helpful.

This is the best state certified lab in North Florida. The scientists who work there have been experts in their field for many years, leading in testing and treatment for 30+ years, they are adpet in chemistry and biology. The aqua systems team are specalists in their field, They are unique in the fact that they use scientific analysis to best perscibe the right water trearment options for you, They answered all of my questions with comprehensive knowledge and made me feel very comfortable in the process.

I had them come out to look at my well. They fixed some hardware, took some water samples for testing. They emailed the test results and when I called to ask what the results mean, they wouldn’t stand by the test. They said “oh the turbidity could be high because someone shook the sample before testing it. When I spoke the supervisor they said, the samples might not have been collected properly, bring in more water for testing’. No answers to my questions. This is a testing service. If you can’t stand behind your results why are you sending out techs you can’t trust to properly collect the samples or have techs who you can’t say properly tested the samples. Very disappointing for a company with this name. I’ve had my water retested a couple more times and got what I needed from other vendors.

Had an issue with our softener equipment. The guys came out same day to assess the problem and came back a few days later to solve it and get us back running. Very friendly and prompt. Thanks.
