I'm no handyman by any means. It's great to have a smaller hardware store close by. Most times I'll need something small like a box of screws , or something like that. Rather than go to the huge mega stores, wander around like a lost sheep through huge aisles with a thousand different items and no one to help customers to where they need to go. Ace is very helpful. Just walk in and say what you need. Someone always knows where you need to go. Love going there and not spending an hour in some warehouse type store. Thank you
UPDATE: I went back to Ace, Wesley Chapel, today and received the BEST service AGAIN! HUGE thank you to Jovi, Jaleel, Jennifer and
Amanda. All were such a huge help with the purchase of a water softener today. Amanda got me in contact with Jennifer who helped me checkout using a non-traditional rewards card. Jaleel and Jovi loaded into my vehicle. All four worked together to put the item aside for me until I arrived.
This is such a great place with great people! We went in yesterday with a raft that we needed help inflating. Jovi, James and Ken were phenomenal! The raft was a bit tricky and they actually inflated the raft for us! I was in shock of the time and attention the gave us. It was a true rarity. I really want to say thank you to these three gentlemen. In addition, as soon as we walked in asking for help, the ladies in the front of the store immediately sent us to them for help. I was in this store a couple of weeks ago for picture hardware and received the same excellent service from another gentleman. I wish I could recall his name to list him here because he was also just as helpful. I'll definitely be returning here for anything I need for any kind of homeware or other goods/services they offer. It was the most personable and best shipping experience I've ever had! Definitely visit this store!
This is a very nice Ace Hardware store location. We were looking for one thing in particular that they did not stock but we did find a lot of other items to buy,

Great place for you hardware needs....and sometimes they offer food and pop corn. I was lucky to stop once and got shredded pork with Mac & cheese. 😂👍
