Convenient location offering all that the big box stores offer. Great, helpful assistance from every representative. Rosa really stood out as she helped me with several items and was very patient with me. Will return again! Be sure to check these guys out before you make the trip to Home Depot, or Lowe’s!

I went to to look at a Ninja Grill. On the Ace Hardware website it stated with a promotion code you get 15% off and offer good for next 3 days in store or on line.

The discount did not take because I was told it expired on Cyber Monday. I showed the Manager the offer said good for 3 days. Then she told me it was online only. I again showed her That it stated in store or online. Finally I was told this is Rocky Ace Hardware so it didn’t apply. I explained the promotion didn’t list the location as an exception.

I was offered a 10% general discount which was then rescinded

Stay far away and goto Home Depot or Lowes. I picked on their site to deliver a bbq this Monday at 5 pm I called and the staff associate gentleman laughed at me literally and said they only delivery on Thursdays tough luck. I explained I picked Monday delivery and he said doesn’t matter “Rocky’s only delivers on Thursday”. So I took the day off for the delivery for nothing but to lose money. Then I took off Thursday and called at 5 pm asking where is it and the lady associate said we tried calling you and the number she gave me wasn’t my number. I explained my number is on my receipt and she didn’t know how to respond. I contacted their corporate office who thought a $25 would help the situation even though it was bought for a party this weekend. Horrible customer service especially at the store level. 4.5 stars - it might be paid fake reviews because I would never go here again with the customer service associates who work there. BUYERS BEWARE

I purchased a Stihl chainsaw which initially worked well, but unfortunately developed a fault while still under warranty. I took it back to the store where I bought it, expecting prompt service and support as promised. However, the store refused to fix the issue, offering no proper explanation or solution.

This is the second Stihl chainsaw I’ve purchased from this store that has failed. I use only high-quality fuel and the correct oil mix for all my fuel-powered tools, and I’ve never had issues with any of the others. Yet, once again, this chainsaw has broken down—while still under warranty—and the store refuses to repair it, blaming “bad gas” without any real inspection or evidence.

Blaming the customer instead of honoring a warranty is unacceptable. I expected better from both the store and a brand like Stihl. This pattern of poor service and deflecting responsibility has left me frustrated and disappointed.

If you’re considering buying from this store, be aware: the warranty might not mean much when you actually need it.

I went in looking for some brass eyebolts. Unfortunately, they didn't have any.
The staff was quite friendly and efficient, though; and the store was neat, clean, and nicely decorated.
