I went in to purchase a screen replacement for a storm door and clearly stated what I needed, I was quoted $25.00. When I went in to pick up the screen the price was now $47.81 + tax. He told me the $25 price was for a re screening and not a new frame & screen. We clearly discussed what I needed and even wrote the dimensions down on the Ace form. It was pretty obvious what I needed since I never left them with an old screen frame to re screen. At a minimum I thought he would offer a discount for his error, instead I had to pay the higher price, when clearly it was their error. Lesson learned and never accept a verbal quote. Since I had several additional screen to replace, I took my business elsewhere.
Overall not happy and a very displeased customer.

Solid store, go there for my matting, pins, some plants and more, they have been great! But one employee helped me more then most he did a great job and plus great help, I believe mark was the name he said he has been with you guys for some months and honestly would’ve thought he would’ve worked there for some years real Amazing help, will be coming back always! Shoutout mark!

Almost always has items you are looking for. ALWAYS has someone greet you and give you personal attention to find items the major retailers can’t locate even when you are able to find an associate on the floor.

This is an outstanding retail, hardware store and a pleasure to shop in. Rarely do I make the trip to Home Depot unless it is to buy something in bulk.
What makes every visit a please is the people.
A recent example was Jake helping us with the purchase of a Ninja Woodfire 7 in 1 groll/smoker. We could have bought it on Amazon and saved a few bucks but ACE delivered the next day and for a reasonable charge took away our dirty, heavy old smoker.

Ace, Jacaranda is my local store. Jake, the Manager is exceptional. He is professional, kind and attentive, always willing to help when you are not quite sure what you want, nothing is too much trouble. There is always a cheerful greeting by the staff who work there and they are willing and able to help with any questions that you may have about a product. This is true customer service at its best. I highly recommend this store and will continue to use them for many years to come.
