Ace Hardware

This place has lost a customer. And too bad with all the big box stores but if they can't compete and refuse to help the customer resolve a return of a unused product with a receipt with in a week I won't take the chance with them any more. I accidentally purchased a circular saw blade that was too big. I opened the package and realized it was too big and returned to the store withe the receipt package and unused blade. I was refused a refund or even exchange for the correct size because package had been opened... lol lame. You can't do business these days that way and expect to make it. Shame on you Ace. I will now shop at home depot even if less convenient to avoid a $60 mistake.

I was searching online for a particular style towel rack to match the decor in my bathroom. I found that Ace Hardware was the only vendor that had something of the color, length, and good quality that I could use. I ordered it online and it arrived quickly at the store for my pickup. Thank you Ace Hardware for having what I needed quickly.

Had to buy some paint for my babies room, the customer service was outstanding, they were so helpful! I really appreciated them telling me exactly how to fix my trim and what finishes to buy.

I have been a customer at this ACE location for 12years, but I have to say that the state of the store’s bathroom is absolutely unacceptable. Over the past two years, I’ve contacted the manager twice requesting a cleanup and even a small renovation, yet nothing has been done. The bathroom remains, without exaggeration, the most disgusting and unsanitary I’ve ever encountered in a store. Not talking about a sulfur smell in the water, sink, toilet bowl, and walls are dirty!

It’s so unpleasant that even bathrooms at local gas stations are cleaner.

I looked at past reviews and saw almost the same complaints from seven months ago and two weeks ago. The owner/manager responded each time saying they would take care of it and inform the store manager—but nothing has changed. The bathroom is still disgusting and unsanitary. Instead of responding politely, I urge the owner to actually do the job: clean, maintain, and renovate this bathroom.

As a concerned member of the community, I also encourage other customers to raise this issue so that necessary changes are made. This is not just about comfort—it’s about health and basic hygiene standards.

This is absolutely the best Hardware store in Florida they have great deals I went in and ordered craftsman charges and batteries and bags and they called and emailed me when it was time to go in and pick them up this is a 1st class store and they deserve 10 stars and I am definitely a customer for life !!!!
