Ace Hardware

I just recently went to ace hardware for the first time since I live near one now. Let me tell you. My husband and I had such an amazing experience. The employees were so kind, they have everything you need, they even have my favorite peach redbull which is very hard to find. I also love that they don’t just have tools and stuff but they also have stuff that a little girly pop would like. (Not that girly pops can’t like tools, I just don’t lol). Anyway, love it here.

Local business owner that has been shopping at ace and try to support local rather than going to large chain markets like Walmart. Bought some waterproof tape this morning to fix a hose. Tape did not work as advertised (gorilla waterproof tape did not work on a hose) and used maybe a 6” portion of a 8 foot by 4” roll that cost 18.xx dollars. Went back to return the tape and buy a hose repair piece, and they don’t allow returns because it’s used. Highly disappointed when I have spent over a thousand dollars in the last 6 months supporting this store specifically and clearly if I’m buying the part to fix what the tape couldn’t it’s not a scam. Will be buying from Walmart for all these purchases since they return things even without a reciept.

came in before closing and Chris Delgado was extremely helpful and welcoming, even as my two toddlers were running around. the kind of customer service that makes me want to shop here . thank you !

Miss Lorri was such a blessing! Super helpful helped me and my collegue find what we needed and when it was not in stock searched and ordered the product so we could get on with the work day. She is an absolute gem.

The staff all greeted me, were very friendly, and offered assistance. I had a spare key made in no time. The cashier was knowledgeable and offered me an item to what I was looking for that was out of stock. Thanks for the great customer service!
