Madden’s Ace Hardware in Daytona Beach delivers exactly what customer service should be. I was greeted right at the door by an employee who immediately asked what I needed and then personally walked me straight to the item. No wandering the aisles, no waiting, no confusion—just quick, efficient help.
The entire experience was fast, friendly, and professional. It’s refreshing to walk into a store where employees are attentive and genuinely want to help you get in and out without wasting time. This is how a hardware store should be run. Highly recommend.

I brought in 3 window screens and 1 old storm door screen. 3 of the 4 needed new frames. All were in bad shape. Now I know that Kenneth is their hidden gem!!! He is a terrific fix-it guy that pays attention to details. Every screen was perfect and he figured out how to handle a way to keep the screen to the storm door to stay snuggly in place even tho the original little part wasn't available. Kenneth is genuinely talented & a great guy for the repair work I needed on those screens. In fact, each employee was friendly and super helpful when I realized I needed a couple more items. It was a crazy busy Saturday too and all worked as a team. I certainly recommend Madden Hardware in South Daytona for their knowledge, skills, & excellent customer service.

So as a fix it man. That has been all over FL and every Ace hardware is crewed by locals that know there town also each Ace hardware is unique. You can tell a lot from the little hardware store what kind of town your in... This one did not disappoint. Nice knowledgeable employees. A wonderful hardware store.

Staff are always prompt to greet, friendly, and are able to answer everything I've asked as well as provide better suggestions or alternate methods or ideas. Always able to point me exactly where I need to go to get whatever it is I need without any extra looking around or guessing. It's always a pleasure and I look forward to shopping there each time I know I have to go. Highly recommend my store in particular. 😁
