Went to this Ace to pick up a zero gravity chair. Asked an employee where the item was. She pointed across the room. I finally found some chairs in a corner of the room. It was like being on a Pickers episode. Find it if you can. They didn't have the chair I wanted even though the website said it was in stock. Never going to this location again. The location by 301 is much better. Better lit with friendly staff.
Normally, the Ace employees will check down the aisles seeking to assist customers. This day, they(3) huddled down the main aisle, talking among themselves and watched the customers walk buy. One other employee did stop to assist. This may have been a off day when the owner, manager or supervisor was not around. If it was not for the one attentative helpful hardware person, I could have mistakingly thought I was at Walmarts.
We Just drove over for propane, there is a huge sign out that says they have it. The front desk staff starts off “what you need” with an attitude & then goes on to say they aren’t doing it in an extremely rude way. I am very understanding & get it if you are under staffed. But I do not agree with being disrespectful to your nice customers. Ps: You may want to take down the sign if you are not going to sell propane when you have it available.
Ace is still the place. Convenient and they're always ready to help. I'm thankful today for the management team to help me work through a return issue. They are courteous while explaining their return policy. Overall a good experience.

When my AC suddenly broke during a heatwave, I was in a panic trying to find the part I needed. Thankfully, my local Ace Hardware came through! I placed an online order for pickup, and within five minutes it was ready to go. When I arrived, the pickup process was incredibly smooth—I was in and out in under three minutes. The staff was friendly, efficient, and everything was exactly as expected. I’m so grateful for how fast and easy the whole experience was.
If you need a part in a pinch, I highly recommend checking Ace Hardware first. They saved the day!
