Ace Hardware

I was in the store having several keys made. Both individuals (one was showing the other how to do it) were very helpful & pleasant. I spilled everything out of my wallet while I was there & of course picked it all up, somehow, my Medicare card ended up in the parking lot. Some kind customer picked it up & brought it to the store. Nancy took the step to look my phone number up in my Rewards account & leave 2 voicemails informing me that they had my card. Thank you Nancy for going above & beyond & calling me. It was so nice of you.

Went in to checkout black Friday deals on their grills. They had great prices that matched prices from the big box stores and we were assisted by Kevin who was friendly and knowledgeable, helping identify pros and cons betweens models. We did end up buying from Ace and their sale price even included free delivery. Excellent experience compared to what you get at the big box store.

10/10 recommend this ace hardware! They are a small business and you can truly feel it! The family is so sweet and customer service is top notch! I will go here for any home supplies over anywhere in the area!

Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with Issue with my stihl chainsaw. I have purchased miltiple Stihl chainsaws and products. I have many many years of experience using stihl chainsaws and chainsaws in general .

I purchased a Stihl ms182 probably over 6-7 months ago now. I took it in 3 times and was given the run around on how its normal to operate this way. I think guys name is Danny. And I am gunna be hi est, this was my first time with the newer design. But after being told that the pull throw is normal. I tried one on wall and its not the same. I had called few times and was told I can only come in on I think Tursday or Friday to have them look. I work those days and I called Stihl and even other Ace stores and they say it has to go to this store. I had issues the first week using and should have been resolved or even exchanged out. But every single time I am given a hard time.
I worked for Ford service over 10 years and know warranty issues. This place just doesn’t want to deal with the warranty process.

Shame since I have spent easily over 10k with this particular ace in over a few years. But shouldn’t matter if I spend 10 dollars or 10 thousand dollars. Most employees here are friendly. But Issues with dealing with Danny and warranty on multiple saws I purchased is a joke.

I just bought a weber grill from the store. The price was perfect, and unlike other retail stores, mine was assembled and delivered at no extra charge. We love this store! Everyone that works there is friendly, professional, and extremely helpful.
